We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. C. RETURN PROCESS

Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 14 days. Please note that, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take another 3-5 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

D. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

G. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable, depending on the processing status of the production department.
