1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items if they meet the following requirements:
Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide an order number or receipt.
Note: Certain products (e.g., intimate apparel, final sale items, personalized goods) may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
2. Return Process

with your order number, name, and reason for return.
Approval: We will confirm eligibility and send you a return authorization with instructions.
Ship the Item: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item sent).
Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your item, we inspect it and process the refund within 14 business days.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if:
You received a defective or incorrect product
You need a different size (if available)

within 30 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid label if the exchange is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged:

Email us within 72 hours of delivery
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t shipped.
After shipping, cancellations must be processed as a standard return.

Payment and Refund Policy
At Linensort, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Please note that full payment must be completed before we can process and ship your order.
Upon receiving your order, we will perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Your card will be charged once the authorization is approved. The funds received will serve as a deposit for the total value of the goods you are purchasing. Once your order has been dispatched and a confirmation email is sent, the amount paid will be considered full payment for the items listed in the confirmation.
As our products are personalized and hand-crafted to your specific design and requests, production will only begin after your payment has been confirmed.

You will then be redirected to the payment-processing website, where you can pay using either your credit card or PayPal account. The payment will be processed by PayPal, and the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as PayPal.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, whether via PayPal or your credit/debit card.
